Overview

This compact, hands-on workshop provides you with the tools to make data-driven and strategically sound decisions in product development. With a clear, structured approach to evaluating and prioritizing opportunities, you’ll make innovation not only more predictable—but also more profitable.

Context

Between 70% and 95% of all new products and services fail—often because it’s unclear what customers truly want. Despite vast amounts of data, drawing the right conclusions remains a challenge. The question is: What will you bet on?

Methodology

Without lengthy theory, you’ll apply the methods DUMBO uses to identify opportunity areas, define quantitative success metrics, generate ideas, and shape product visions that unlock growth potential and drive sustainable product development.

Content

You’ll learn to identify and evaluate growth opportunities using Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD). At the same time, you’ll quantify qualitative insights and make data-driven product development decisions with Outcome-Driven Innovation (ODI).
